As always, the summer season is one of the most hectic for our entire team, busy on multiple fronts between various festivals and related travels, as well as the usual warehouse work related to mailorder. In spite of everything we are also keen to keep our production chain going as we have an endless multitude of projects and releases in the pipeline. So also for August we have prepared you an incendiary month, totally focused on the most annihilating sonic extremism, with a parade of complete grind/noise decimation. From Japan two releases awaited by many, the complete discography of cult old school grinders I.R.F. (Infinite Radical Freaks), which puts together all their splits, demos and compilation tracks + 24 unreleased tracks, and the brand new album by noise heroes FINAL EXIT, celebrating their 30th anniversary. Going further back in our time machine, we have the third installment of our 7 MINUTES OF NAUSEA reissue series, this time focusing on “Cancelled” 7” + “Noise of the Rose” 7”. And at last but not least, by popular demand, we thought we would make available a new pressing of the REGURGITATION discography (pre-O.L.D.) originally released on F.O.A.D. in 2016. So to summarize, the 4 threats to your auditory health for this month are: I.R.F. “Discography & unreleased songs 1995-1997” LP+CD, FINAL EXIT “Born in hell” LP, SEVEN MINUTES OF NAUSEA “Cancel the rose” LP+CD and REGURGITATION “Bathroom rules! Complete recordings 1986-1987” gatefold LP.

Pre-orders are available now through www.scareystore.com and the out now date has been set for August 19.  As we have anticipated we are very busy on the summer festival front, we’ll do our best to answer promptly to your requests and process shipments as quickly as possible, but given the constant travels and the amount of commitments we have to deal with, we ask for your patience and remind you of our usual recommendations that we repeat in every post: try to limit as much as possible requests such as address changes, last-minute additions or substitutions, anxiety about having tracking numbers, etc.. we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Also remember that diehard versions usually go very fast, so don’t sleep on it because they may run out in a short time. As usual we have made available a ltd. discounted bundle with the 4 colored/splatter versions for those who want to buy them in bulk. It won’t last long, so you know what to do!

SEVEN MINUTES OF NAUSEA “Cancel the rose” LP+CD (F.O.A.D. 326)

Third chapter in FOAD’s annihilating mission to re-issue all the early 7MON material enriched by an incredible amount of rare and unreleased recordings. This LP includes two classic Ep’s from the legendary years when TNT&Records from Germany and Psycomania Rec. from Scotland were putting out on 7″ some of the most classic Noisecore ever landed on this planet.. “Cancelled” EP (1991) and “Noise of the rose” EP (1991): complete rough tape sessions with a lot of never heard before outtakes added, freshly ripped from Mick’s masters. While “Cancelled” is still part of the period when the band was a duo based in Australia, “Noise of the Rose” is the first work from when Mick moved to Germany and reformed the band with a local lineup, which included Matthias of End of Silence/Ecocentric Records, among others.  Straight from the LP liner-notes: “the story behind this LP begun when Matthias Weigand delivered us a huge box of 7MON reels to transfer in the studio, to check exactly what was included in each one of them. We found out that most of them were the masters of the early Eps released by TNT &Records and then Ecocentric Records. When we started to discuss about a possible series of 7MON releases on LP to re-build the band’s discography from the early times, Mick came out with the fact that he had recently unearthed the complete sessions of each EP, that were much longer than how they were originally released on 7”.. (continues on the LP).
Bonus CD including:
1) Cancelled (original version from DAT master)
2) Noise of the rose (original version from DAT master)
3) Cancelled unedited (uncut rough mix tape)
4) Noise of the rose unedited (uncut rough mix tape)
5) Noise of the rose (alternate mix)

THOUSANDS OF TRACKS!
Started in 1985 in Australia by Scut and Mick Hollows and mutated through different incarnations revolving around Mick’s figure, 7MON still smashes eardrums nowadays. These two legendary EPs shaped an entire genre, and countless bands have sprung from the anti-musical extremism conceived by these two maniacs. If there is a noise heaven, 7MON certainly deserve a place at the top of it!  LP with special PVC sticker and 24 page booklet with lyrics and scans of the original 7″EPs

REGURGITATION “Bathrooms rule! Complete recordings 1986/1987″” gatefold LP (F.O.A.D. 098)

New Jersey’s REGURGITATION were the first musical incarnation of James Plotkin (later in O.L.D., Khanate, etc.) and a true cult in the late 80s tape-trader scene. Those familiar with O.L.D.’s debut album, “Old Lady Drivers,” released on Earache in 1988, will probably remember that the cover had a sticker that read “Insane Mega-Speed Thrash with crazy vocals. Highly original hardcore from the former members of REGURGITATION.”  Well, this is that band and here you have their complete discography transferred from the original reels and mastered by the genius of James Plotkin himself.   13 songs of superfast Death/Thrashcore (or simply early Grind) with those distinctive and caustic vocals that later became a trademark of O.L.D. Forget the poor quality bootlegs you may have seen around, this collection is without a doubt the most comprehensive and best sounding offering. It compiles the two demos “Organic backwash” (1986) and “Bathrooms rule” (1987) + “Pesticide” from “Speed Metal Hell Vol. 3” and some great soundboard live recordings. The LP is housed in a thick gatefold sleeve that includes extensive liner notes by J. Plotkin and Jon “Metalion” and includes a fanzine-style booklet with photos, original cassette artwork, rare flyers and zine excerpts.
