In occasione del festival “ARMAGEDDON IN THE PARK 2013” che si terrà Sabato 3 Agosto a S.Giacomo degli Schiavoni (Campobasso) e che vedrà riunita per la prima volta sullo stesso palco la “unholy trinity” italiana composta da Bulldozer, Schizo e Necrodeath, siamo fieri di presentare la ristampa ufficiale in digipack CD del famigerato “Mondocane: Project One” (1989), un classico del Thrash nostrano sfornato da una line-up d’eccezione che comprendeva 50% della prima incarnazione dei Necrodeath (Peso, Ingo, Claudio) e 50% di quella Schizo di “Main Frame Collapse” (Alberto, S.B. Reder ecc) per 10 schegge che fondevano lo stile delle due band a un’impronta base che poteva ricordare i mitici S.O.D. newyorkesi.   “Mondocane” viene presentato con audio interamente restaurato e rimasterizzato al Toxic Basement Studio e una confezione rivisitata con foto inedite della session in studio nel 1989.  Anteprima assoluta all’Armageddon In The Park che vede sul palco ben 4 band che negli ultimi anni hanno avuto materiale edito da FOAD Records: Bulldozer, Schizo, Necrodeath e i torinesi Jester Beast. Al festival sarà presente il nostro stand, ultima occasione per intercettarci durante l’estate!

The unstoppable FOAD forces are preparing the last summer attack: if you’re around in Italy in August, there’s a festival that you can’t miss: “Armageddon In The Park 2013” on Saturday, 3rd August 2013 in Campobasso, uniting for the very first time on the same stage the Unholy Italian Trinity of BULLDOZER, NECRODEATH and SCHIZO, three monster thrashers that have been ruining eardrums for 3 full decades! For this special event we will have in first preview FOAD‘s official re-issue of “Mondocane: project one” (1989), a late 80s hyper-thrashing combo formed by half early Necrodeath and half Schizo “Main frame collapse” era members to deliver 10 whiplashes of rapid fire Thrash-core uniting the bands’ peculiar style with a basic S.O.D. flavoured imprint.  “Mondocane” has been entirely restored and remastered at Toxic Basement Studios and restyled/repackaged in an elegant digipack sleeve with unreleased photos from the 1989 studio session. Come and get it at FOAD‘s stall (the very last we’ll do for this exhausting summer) and don’t forget that this festival will unite 4 bands that have been released on FOAD in the last few years: not only Bulldozer, Schizo and Necrodeath but also the mighty Jester Beast from Torino, one of Italy’s oldest and most devastating Thrash acts!!

Our hottest releases of the summer are finally available and ready to ship! Both of them have been displayed in first preview at FOAD‘s stall @ the Hellfest Open Air Festival in Clisson, France – so those who came to visit us there already got their limited die-hard copy. Now we are starting to ship all pre-orders, we will definitely catch all mailorder issues before leaving for the Obscene Extreme Festival next week, so no worries. NOTE: so far the previously announced summer schedule of our releases has been perfectly respected, anyway the last few things planned will be subjected to some changes: RUPTURE “Corrupture” gatefold LP + flexi disc will hopefully see its release party at OEF 2013, but it’s still very uncertain. TUMOR 4CD boxset and YACOPSAE “Discoregraphy” 2CD will come out later due to factory delays. Good news is that we’re doing our best to release NECRODEATH / SCHIZO “Mondocane” digipack CD in time for the Armageddon In The Park Festival in Campobasso, Italy on Sat. 3rd August 2013.  Ok, so back to our brand new CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER and BULLDOZER gems, here’s a detailed description on each of them:

CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER “Life in grave + rarities 1985/1988″ gatefold LP with 36 page zine/booklet

California’s thrashing Speed-core pioneers CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER team up with FOAD Records for an incredible vinyl treasure finally giving the right treatment to their legendary “Life in grave” Demotape 1985 and to an accurate selection of ultra-rare/unreleased recordings ranging from their 3 piece line-up era (1985) to the “Convicted”/”Money talks” days. This release has been in the works for months until we found the top sounding masters in existence and restored them for the best possible audiophile result when pressed on vinyl. Side A includes the band’s Demotape “Life in grave” adding 2 rehearsal tracks from the same period, one is a speeded up HELLHAMMER cover and one is a super-raw version of VENOM‘s “Welcome to hell”. Side B is all focused on the “Convicted”/”Money talks” 4 piece line-up and includes various live recordings and a good sounding rehearsal 1986. All songs here are performed even faster than how they were played on their classic albums. BULLDOZER “The exorcism Demo 1984 + Fallen angel” gatefold LP

The ultra-fucking-rare BULLDOZER Demotape 1984 with kult “Fallen angel” 7″ added as bonus. One of the most incredible findings in FOAD‘s hunting career: only 3 copies of this demo exist, one was sent to Roadrunner, one to King Diamond and one was recently exhumed in AC Wild’s basement and delivered to us for a top quality treatment. This is the recording that got Bulldozer signed to Roadrunner in 1984 and it sounds killer.. different and rawer versions of classics ended on their debut slasher “The day of wrath”. Dark, demonical Black/Speed Metal from the most savage guts of Italy’s early 80s Metal inferno, for anyone that worships the early releases from Venom, Bathory and Possessed, plus the “Fallen angel” session adds that Motörhead touch making this an instant masterpiece of rawness and sheer power. Check out how AC Wild introduced the unreleased Demo recordings: “This tape was sent to Roadrunner and Roadrunner signed us in 1984. It was also submitted to King Diamond to ask if he was interested in being the producer of our album but he refused saying that this stuff sounded “too Punk”!! We can hardly believe what we’re going to announce here. This month’s release schedule on FOAD Records consists of 2 chapters in the history of Hardcore and Metal. CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER and BULLDOZER, both with ultra-rare and unreleased recordings from their very early days. And yes, pre-orders for these 2 monuments of asskickery are starting now, and we set their official release party at the mighty HELLFEST in Clisson, France – so if you’re going there, make sure to visit the huge Metal Market and find FOAD Records’ booth, because both die-hard versions of these motherfuckers will be already available there.

Dopo la febbrile attesa legata a un ritardo dalla fabbrica causa il difficile confezionamento delle copertine “a libro” di NERORGASMO, siamo lieti di annunciare che le due attesissime nuove uscite in vinile su FOAD Records sono finalmente arrivate: NERORGASMO “Passione nera 1985-1993” Doppio LP e UNDERAGE “Perchè non siamo nati per…” LP con booklet/mini-zine. Le spedizioni dei pre-ordini partiranno dal 30 Maggio, faremo del nostro meglio per smaltirle in pochi giorni ma essendo davvero tante non vi stupite se ci sarà qualche giorno di ritardo. L’edizione limitata in vinile viola di NERORGASMO è stata spazzata via nei primi due giorni di preordini e non ce ne avanza neanche una copia. Quella in vinile nero invece è ancora disponibile, potete ordinarla al link qui sotto. Ormai tutti quelli che ci seguono conoscono nel minimo dettaglio queste due pietre miliari del Punk Italiano anni ’80, riportiamo però una descrizione dettagliata per chi ancora non fosse informato a riguardo:

– NERORGASMO “Passione nera: discografia 1985-1993” doppio LP con copertina rilegata “a libro” (1 kg di disco!)

Confezionato in un’elegantissimo gatefold con costina spessa stile libro e finitura UV parziale, contenente librettone di 28 pagine carico di illustrazioni inedite di Luca Abort, più testi, foto e note biografiche. Una delle discografie più imperdibili nella storia del Punk Italiano, assemblata in anni di lavoro febbrile e ostacoli a volte quasi insormontabili. NERORGASMO, il volto più tetro, sincero e nichilista del Punk a Torino negli anni ’80 e primi ’90, lo specchio nero della decadenza urbana in una città che ha generato le espressioni più fervide e attive del Punk/HC di tutta la penisola nel suo periodo d’oro. Raccolta completissima formata da 44 brani (a sorpresa ben 5 in più rispetto al precedente CD/DVD sempre su FOAD): il primo singolo rimasterizzato come non l’avete mai sentito – acquisito da una sorgente pre-stampa su vinile e quindi senza il minimo “scoppiettio” da materiale acquisito da vecchi dischi, l’intero album 1993 rimasterizzato dal DAT originale, 9 tracce in studio del 1987 completamente INEDITE fino a oggi e una selezione di materiale dal vivo dal 1986 al 1993. L’incrocio perfetto tra il Punk più cupo e quella venatura Dark/Rock che ha reso il loro nome così unico e apprezzato ben oltre lo standard degli ascoltatori e completisti dell’HC Italiano di quel periodo. Doppio LP essenziale presentato in una confezione incredibile mai vista prima nella storia del vinile Italiano!

– UNDERAGE “Perchè non siamo nati per…” LP + mini-zine/booklet

Copertina da 425 grammi con libretto simil-fanzine contenente un’esauriente raccolta di flyer inediti, foto, testi e rarità. Discografia studio completa contenente il mitico EP 1983 originariamente uscito per la Attack Punk Records e considerato uno dei primi 10 dischi “Hardcore” nel vero e proprio senso della parola mai usciti in Italia + il Demotape 1983 + una manciata di brani con la primissima formazione. Mastering maniacale curato come sempre dal Toxic Basement Studio ripartendo dai nastri originali con un suono studiato appositamente per il vinile e di due spanne superiore alla precedente edizione in CD! Napoli Hardcore/Punk all’apice dell’energia e spontaneità che caratterizzava la prima ondata di band di quel periodo. Velocità, rabbia e un muro di distorsione incredibile. Tra i primi insieme agli EU’S ARSE ad aver re-interpretato in chiave Italiana la formula Dischargiana, in questo caso condita da un’overdose di distorsione che rende alla perfezione la colonna sonora di quello che viene ritratto attraverso testi fatti di paura per un futuro nuclearizzato, guerre, lager e alienazione urbana. Consigliato soprattutto a chi è appassionato al filone Hardcore catastrofico più sferragliante e al muro “noise” di band come DISORDER, CONFUSE, GAI, GUDON. Imperdibile!!
