TOXIC NOISE “Discography 1990-1994” gatefold LP and TERRORIZER “Before the downfall 1987/1989” 2xLP gatefold + CD (2nd pressing) pre-orders start NOW!!

We have finally arrived at the last pre-order batch of the year! 2016 has been extremely prolific and frantic here at FOAD Records, as we have brought to light 22 releases in 12 months, most of them on vinyl… if you enjoyed what we have unleashed so far you’ll be happy to know that our 2017 schedule is already all set and will be equally intense and full of sick surprises. So for this month we’re back to attack with a Japanese Hardcore ripper + the 2nd pressing of one of our absolute Grindcore best-sellers. The Japanese underground scene with zillions of legendary Hardcore / Punk / Metal / Grind bands has always attracted us a lot, it’s an inexhaustible source of obscure demos and rarities to be discovered.

After unearthing the rare Napalm discography on vinyl and releasing the brand new Gerogerigegege LP, we’re back to focus on this wonderful country with a thrashing hardcore rager: TOXIC NOISE from Yokohama. Here you get their complete studio discography on vinyl! And, at popular demand, we had to give a 2nd pressing to TERRORIZER‘s early day anthology “Before the downfall 1987-1989” because it’s a Grindcore masterpiece that deserves to be easily available to every Grind maniac! We have re-styled it in a slightly different edition all printed in blue instead of orange as the previous one. So TOXIC NOISEDiscography 1990-1994” gatefold LP and TERRORIZERBefore the downfall 1987-1989” 2xLP gatefold + CD (2nd pressing) are up for preorders!! As we always suggest, blast fast if you want to catch the limited colored vinyl editions, they’ll be sold out quickly.

3 last important notes: 1) Japanese customers, you will easily find Toxic Noise at Disk Union, Record Boy, Record Shop Base and Answer.  2) To all those who have asked if we’ll release more Japanese Hardcore/Metal in the future, the answer is absolutely yes and there are already 3 releases scheduled in 2017, the first to be announced in January! 3) The release date for these 2 records is set for December 24th 2016. Please be aware that the Italian postal service through the Xmas/New Year rush can be very slow, so don’t be surprised if delivery times will be a bit longer or if we’ll eventually decide to ship your order after the Xmas/New Year chaos. Just be patient and we’ll give you full assistance as always.

TERRORIZER “Before the downfall 1987/1989” 2xLP Gatefold + CD 2nd pressing (F.O.A.D. 069)

2nd pressing with different colors on the sleeve and print on the sikscreened LP (blue instead of orange). Deluxe gatefold 2xLP with silkscreened print on side D, bonus “Reh/Live 1987” CD, extra slipcase with alternate artwork, 16 page booklet featuring extensive interviews, loads of never-seen-before photos, scans of old flyers, demo artworks and more. Oscar Garcia about this release: “This is the first and the only true release of Terrorizer LA demos ever captured on vinyl and cd, not a low quality bootleg but an official release, none better than to have it all on FOAD Records. Awesome collection for any Terrorizer LA fan!

The ultimate early years’ anthology from Los Angeles’ godfathers of GRIND, the one and only… TERRORIZER! This monsterwork starts off with “Collapse“, a completely unreleased song from the “World downfall” studio session unearthed from the band’s secret archives… next is an alternative take of their split tape with NAUSEA (1988) that sounds like machine-gun fire in the face and then you can enjoy all their existing demos and early works in astonishingly great sound quality, mastered with total audiophile passion from the best sounding sources in existence!!  Some of these recordings are the reason why Shane Embury of Napalm Death back in his tape-trading days got completely crazy for them and persuaded Earache to sign them and bring to light “World downfall” (when the band was already on hiatus). “Countless blast warriors still strive for this classic sound and catchy song structure, but no one can match it on Oscar Garcia’s pitch(less) caveman growl! This is the perfect storm of incredible songwriting and recording quality” (Scott Hull of Pig Destroyer / Agoraphobic Nosebleed about “World downfall“).  46 SONGS of bulldozing L.A. Grindcore with a solid Death Metal imprint, all the classics you want to hear included!
